Thank you for requesting an estimate from “The Window Brothers” for our residential services. Our estimates are free and reflect an approximate cost of the service(s) selected. Once you have scheduled an appointment with “The Window Brothers” our bonded and insured technicians will arrive to evaluate your initial estimate and validate the final cost. With your signed approval our technicians will perform the service(s) and upon completion, obtain your signature for satisfactory service and payment in the form of cash or check. We ask that you be available for the entire scheduled appointment.
Simply follow the instructions below to obtain and submit your estimate. Our office staff will contact you to schedule an appointment for the service(s) you have selected. We do require a $200 minimum investment from our customers for our service.

STEP # 1
Identify the Style
Determine the style of each window (See illustrations below).
Indicate if the windows contain permanent or removable grids (grilles) on the surface of the window.
Indicate if your windows have a storm, screen, or both.

STEP # 2
Categorize and Count
Count each window style individually.
In some cases they may be grouped in 2’s or 3’s in one opening.
Count the number of windows in each opening separately.
Double Hung windows are priced per window combination both upper and lower panes or left and right panes.
Casements are priced per individual window.
Picture windows, bay windows and skylights are minimum price based on size and accessibility.
Note: Price per window with no size or accessibility issues remain the same as quoted in this estimate.
